Again and again in Scripture, God acts before He asks—rescues before He instructs, and binds Himself to people before requiring anything of them. Yet many of us have learned to read the Bible as a sequence of expectations rather than as a revelation of grace.

Grace Comes First is a short guided study created to help you slow down and reconsider the order of grace and obedience in the biblical story. It is not a course and not a reading plan. There is nothing to complete and nothing to keep up with. It is simply an invitation to read Scripture more attentively—to notice what God does before asking what is required of us.

This study is designed for thoughtful readers who sense that Scripture has become hurried, heavy, or overly transactional, and who want to recover a posture of trust, patience, and attention.
